Robert Greacen, Managing Director
Robert is a chartered surveyor with an MA from Dublin University and 25 years experience in the property industry. Prior to establishing Draco, Robert was managing director of UK & European Investments, a private property investment and development company owned by the Lewis Trust Group. During 10 years with the company he oversaw a 6 fold increase in gross assets and a 1.2 million square foot UK development programme. Despite its name, UK & European also had an extensive portfolio in the US and during his tenure at the company, Robert managed joint ventures developing over 4 million square feet of office and retail property. In addition to the US, Robert has also worked extensively in Europe, particularly France, Spain and Italy.
