Noho Launch
A new office scheme at 10 Whitfield Street, London W1 has just been completed by Draco and launched on the leasing market. The five story scheme was designed by Barr Gazettas and provides 21,000 sqft of contemporary air conditioned office space incorporating many new environmentally sensitive features. Fisher Wealth Management are the first tenant to move in paying a rent of £62.50 psf.
Midtown Refurbishment Completed
Draco completed a £12m 60,000 sqft refurbishment of Brettenham House, London WC2 and let 10,000 sqft to Thomas Cook at £65psf. Brettenham has been refitted with all new services, reception and common parts and now provides grade A offices.
