Draco closes new fund with Davy
Davy Draco Property Partners reached its first closing last month. The £300m opportunity fund is a response to the dramatic collapse in commercial property values and will target high quality institutional grade assets from distressed sellers.
Major Midtown Office Upgrade
Draco began a comprehensive refurbishment of landmark Thamesside office building, Brettenham House this month. The 60,000 sq ft scheme includes new reception space, new lifts and new air conditioning and will transform the building. Completion is expected at the end of the year.
