It's an efficient and cohesive team which has been working together as one unit for over 10 years. In this time the team has built a strong reputation, track record and asset management philosophy.

The DRACO* approach is to manage property assets dynamically. Our goal is to create long-term benefits for all parties - tenants as well as landlord. All our assets have individual business plans, which are regularly reviewed and benchmarked. In short, we are property investors that deliver excellent returns through sound stock selection, asset management and redevelopment.

The team is experienced in joint ventures, funds and other property investment structures. Sound financing has been a key part of our growth. Established in 2005 and privately owned by the management, DRACO*, now manages gross assets totalling more than £400 million. The mostly commercial portfolio is spread throughout the UK and provides accommodation for some of the UK's best known companies. We've also developed a long term relationship with Davy, one of Ireland's leading stockbroking and private equity companies - a key partner in many DRACO* assets.
This is a time for opportunity. We embrace all market conditions and we are highly adaptive to the demands of the cycle. The right deal in this current environment is a truly potent investment. To take advantage of this phase in the market we formed Davy Draco Property Partners in 2008. The £150 million DDPP fund has a remit to invest contra cyclically and capitalise on the sharp fall in property values following the credit crunch.
